Q. How exactly does this work?
A. We have a large team of Oxbridge Researchers - academics that currently study or have previously studied at Oxford or Cambridge University, or currently teach or have taught at Oxford University or Cambridge University. You submit your order to us, by simply going to our order page. We then contact our researchers, and if we can assist you we will call or e-mail you to arrange payment. This process usually takes less than one working day but we always endeavor to be quicker for more urgent orders. Very rarely, it may take slightly longer to find an Oxbridge Expert. Once we have found an expert and taken payment, the time for the delivery of your work then begins to run. Please keep this in mind when ordering. You are then sent your completed work via e-mail, before midnight, on the delivery date.
Q. Can you attempt my question?
A. We must put your question to our experts first, we can't always guarantee that we can do all questions, but we do undertake the vast majority of projects - even those that are particularly difficult or from unusual subject areas. If we cannot find a researcher after 3 working days of trying we will e-mail you to let you know.
Q. How can I use your work?
A. You must use our work for honest research purposes only - it cannot be handed in as your own. If in doubt you should consult your institutions guidelines on how to go about using a piece of copyrighted work to help you.

Q. What can I ask for in my order?
A. You may specify any number of variables. From obvious requests such as specifying the exact title to be answered, the referencing style to be used, the standard and word count for your order, to requests on style, exact structure and specific sources you would like our researchers to utilise. Q. How does your £5000 'No Plagiarism Guarantee Work'?

Q. How does your 'Completed On Time Or Your Money Back' Guarantee Work?

Q. What if the work was completed but I didn't receive it? Do I get my money back?

Q. Who judges whether or not the work is of a 2:1 Standard or 1st class standard?
A. Our in house Q. C. team. It is then up to you to verify the standard and contact us within 7 days if you are not happy.
Q. What happens if I don't believe that your work is of 2:1 or 1st class standard?
A. Then simply mail the Amendments Team within 7 days of receiving your work and tell us why - if we agree (which we most often will as we want you to be happy!) then we will amend it for you free of charge.
Q. Is your service fully confidential?
A. Yes. We fully respect your integrity and don't even need to take your name. Your details will be kept wholly confidential throughout the order and then deleted once it has been completed.
Q. Is the work available elsewhere?
A. No - all work is fully written, plagiarism software scanned, and is not resold to any other customer. Even if they submit the same question on the same day as you.
Q. Do you send all the work you have done to a central database for universities to scan for plagiarism after you sell them ?
A. No we do not send our work out to any external database - universities or otherwise.
Ethical Use
Q. Can't I do what I want with the work?
A. You must assure us that you will use our work as an educational research tool only. The work remains our copyright and is not yours to hand in. It is there to inspire your final piece. If we believe any other motive exists for purchasing our work then we will not supply you.
Q. You say your service is legal but is it cheating?
A. You must read your university guidelines to see how they view our service. We offer no advice on this matter. We view our service as offering you a book for sale - but where you decide the pages you want writing, or as using an online personal tutor who suggests information you should know for your essay. You can also view our essays service as like a journal of published essays with the exact essay you were looking for. In our view, using the work like you would use any of the above to provide you with inspiration and ideas is not cheating, it is just the same as using any other piece of research to point you in the right direction.
Q. Your service looks likes it encourages plagiarism - do you?
A. Of course not! All work is our copyright, so cannot be handed in as your own. Not only would this be cheating but it would be a breach of the copyright of our work. Legally, if we wanted, we could sell you the copyright on the work too - but that would of course be encouraging cheating, and that's the opposite of what we aim to achieve. We advocate the supply of our experts knowledge and experience to students, we believe that a student with a guideline on how to answer any work is likely to understand the question and topic more than one without. This we believe, can only improve educational standards in the UK.
Q. Do I need to reference the work?
A. This is something that you must make your own mind up about by looking at the guidelines of your university in particular. Bear in mind that the work is not going to be published for anyone to check or see. Again, we cannot accept responsibility for your decision to either cite us or not cite us.
Q. How do you know I won't cheat?
A. Plagiarism is always difficult to detect. Like any educational tool our service is of course open to abuse and it is up to you to be honest and assure us that you won't pass the work off as your own, by handing in some, or all of it. The threat of plagiarism occurring has never stopped anyone from writing a book, an article, lecture notes or publishing an educational website, and we won't allow it to stop our service and the provision of our services to the honest majority.
Q. What legitimate use would I be allowed to make of the work in writing my own piece?
A. We offer no advice on such queries, as all universities maintain different regulations. It is for you to satisfy yourself as to your own institutions rules and if and how you can use our services.
Q. If my supervisor does not accept some or all of your work can you amend it and what will the charge be?
A. You cannot hand in our work to your supervisor under the impression it is yours, to do so is passing off our work as your own and is a breach of copyright as well as cheating. We do however allow you to show third parties if you assure them that the work that you are showing them is ours, and we will take their feedback into consideration.

Q. How does the order process work?
A. Simply you submit your essay to us via our online order form. We then contact the researchers that have studied your qualification to find how many are available. Once we have selected a researcher we will then call you back to inform you and to take payment. This usually takes 24 hours, but is quicker for urgent orders.
Q. Do you always find a researcher?
A. 19 out of 20 times yes, but there is of course the rare occasion when we cannot take on your order - we will mail you if we have not found a researcher after 3 working days.
Q. How do I pay and when?
A. Like all orders for goods and services payment must be taken before the order is begun. Payments can be taken over the phone, through a deposit into our bank account, or through our website using all major credit cards and debit cards. Sorry, we do not accept cheques.
Q. Who deals with your payments?
A. All payments to us go through either Barclays Merchant Services (part of Barclays Bank) or a company called WorldPay, who are owned by the Royal Bank of Scotland. Q. What if the work is late?
A. If your work is late you will receive it for free. Accordingly, we are not in the habit of sending our work late to our customers!

Q. How do I know I will get the work once I have paid?
A. We are a legitimate company with a trading address, a contact number and are registered at Companies House. We use Barclays Bank and Worldpay who are owned by the Royal Bank of Scotland, and we're run by industry professionals with over 15 years combined experience in the industry. Q. How do I receive work?
A. All work is e-mailed to you by registered e-mail and comes as an attachment in the form of a word document.
Q. What time will my work arrive?
A. All work will arrive on the day, or the day before you requested on your order form, E.g. If you requested a 5 day delivery, your work will arrive on day 5 or day 4 and so on. The usual time for delivery is 10 p.m. but during very busy times it will arrive before 12.00 midnight.
