Questions to go into a questionnaire that have been derived from the literature review and what these questions will test = approx. 2,000 words (may be less).

Regarding the references of this essay, it is not mentioned in any of the confirmation emails and the extra information that you supplied that you need the references to be published in the last 5 years.
It is very easy to access jstor.org, it is your responsibility to seek access to the references, the research can only guarantee that the references are true and accurate, there is no need to think that references that are more than 5 years old are not usable, Newton found the laws of gravity many decades ago and his books are still studies.
Regarding your claims that there are unreferenced ideas, this not true, I referenced the ideas of other people whenever I used them, the rest are mine and there is no need to mention that every time, it is clear that it is my ideas.

Aim of study - The aim of the study is to determine the level of brand loyalty employees have towards their company, which influences customers to buy; this paper will cover the psychological factors that make employees satisfied and be able to get what they want from the company and in turn give the company what it wants; the paper have constructed a questionnaire to research the attitudes of customer-facing employees and see how that affect the customer services and the sales of the company.
