3.0 Important notes and conclusion
While analysing the questionnaires it became clear that the overall satisfaction with the hotel was positive however there was also a small percentage of guests that felt otherwise. It is important not to underestimate these guests and try to learn from errors. As one of the previous recommendations it could perhaps help to be selective and focus on any one area at the time to gain more from the process. Qualitative questions, as Likert and ranking scales, should be adopted more frequently to give more scope to the research. Questionnaire planning will also form a vital part during the research process as this will allow reaching the set of objectives in a more efficient way.
