In our pursuit to achieve the aims of this study we followed a methodology of several dimensions in order to see what makes the employees more loyal to their company.
We have investigated through a questionnaire different schools of thought that each claim correctness for its method in achieving employee brand loyalty; we have investigated the rationality and behaviourism schools; we have investigated also game theory in order to see the true nature of the relationship between management and employees, we tried to open the black box of profit maximization in order to see whether employees think that co-operative or non-cooperative games work better for the company and its employees.
We also asked employees whether they believe that the rationality school of organization is better than the cumulative adjustment of rules and regulations of the company in making employees more understanding to the company so they can sell its products to its customers and the employees’ friends and families.
We also measured the importance of behaviourism in the employee’s minds, we have asked our sample employees to tell us what they think about companies that promote democracy and human rights in the societies that they work in.
We also looked at the importance of appraisals and the difference between traditional appraisals and pay-related appraisals.

One of the most important points that we have considered is the attitudes of the employees towards their employers, we considered the importance of the psychological contract and the consequences of breaking it.
